How much does shipping cost?
The following shipping rates apply to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg:
- Netherlands: € 5.95 shipping. Free shipping from € 50.
- Belgium: € 6.95 shipping. Free shipping from € 60.
- Luxembourg: € 7.95 shipping. Free shipping from € 70.

How can I pay?

Can I return my order?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Please register your return with us in advance via the contact form. All terms and conditions can be found in our return policy.

What is laundry perfume?
Laundry perfume is a concentrated fragrance formula for your laundry. You pour it into the fabric-softener compartment of your washing machine, alongside your usual laundry detergent. This gives clothes, towels and bed linen a refined scent.
Does laundry perfume replace my laundry detergent?
No. Laundry perfume is intended for softness and scent. Always use it together with laundry detergent.
How is it different from fabric softener?
Fabric softener is designed to make textiles feel softer, whereas laundry perfume has been specially developed for a long-lasting fragrance experience. You use laundry perfume instead of fabric softener, not in combination with it.
